Arriving at Marrakech Menara: good to know
- Passport control can take time. At busy periods the queue at immigration can be long. Give us your scheduled landing time; there is no need to guess when you will get out.
- Moroccan dirhams. The dirham cannot easily be bought abroad. Exchange offices and cash machines are available at the airport.
- Phone and WhatsApp. Keep the phone number you give us reachable on arrival (WhatsApp works on airport Wi-Fi or a local SIM).
- The city is close. The airport sits just south-west of the city, so most transfers take well under an hour.

Common questions
Is this an instant booking?
No. You send a request, we reply with a written quote (price, vehicle, meeting point), and the transfer is booked only once you confirm it.
What if my flight is delayed?
Always give your flight number: it lets the actual arrival time be followed. How delays and waiting time are handled is written in your quote, so you know before you confirm.
Where will I meet the driver?
The meeting point at the airport, and the drop-off point at your accommodation, are stated in the quote and confirmed before your trip.
How far in advance should I ask?
As early as you can, especially for school holidays and big events in Marrakech. Short-notice requests are possible but depend on availability.
Can I get a child seat?
Ask for it in the notes with the children’s ages. We only confirm child seats when they are actually available for your transfer.
